This is a set of replacement grips for the Nordic Track ski machine. These are a thicker more durable replacement (note comparison photo)for the standard grips on most Nordic Tracks. Others available as shown. To replace: Raise grip on cord to expose knot. Undue knot and keep washer. String cord through small hole in new grip till exposed through bottom. Place washer on cord and knot 1-2 inches or less above end of the cord and slide new grip down to knot.
